Legoland is built for small children, yet each park sets its own limits ride by ride, and some rides have a second rule: tall enough to ride, but not tall enough to ride alone. The park also lists attractions with no height restriction: LEGO Insiders Clubhouse, The Magical Forest, LEGO Ferrari Build & Race Experience, The Brick, Miniland, Creature Creation, The LEGOLAND Learning Academy, Model Making Studio and LEGO Games Zone. At Drench Towers there is a 0.9 m restriction for the lower-level slides. At Splash Safari, all children under six must be supervised by an adult.
Legoland Windsor says all children under 90 cm enter free, and that children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult in the park.

Legoland California also lists rides with a maximum height: 6 ft 6 in on Galacticoaster and 6 ft 4 in on G-Force Test Facility.
How to use these limits
- Measure first. A small difference matters when a limit is a fixed line.
- Check two numbers. A child may be tall enough to ride but still need a companion. The companion’s own age and height can matter too.
- Count your adults. Two small children who both need a companion on one ride may need two responsible riders.
- Ask about parent swap. Legoland Windsor’s parent swap lets a parent ride with one child while the other waits, then swap without queuing twice. It isn’t available on every ride, so ask the Attractions team at each ride.
- Check closures. Parks mark rides out of service on their lists, as Billund does above.
