Hi there, and thanks for being here. At Junior Travel Club, we spend a lot of time researching the places, stays, and gear that make family travel easier and more joyful. To keep the lights on and the guides free, we use affiliate links — and we want to be completely open with you about how that works.
The short version
Some of the links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and go on to book a stay, buy a product, or reserve an activity, we may earn a small commission. This never costs you anything extra — you pay exactly the same price you would have paid otherwise. The commission comes out of the partner’s pocket, not yours.
Who we partner with
To be specific, we currently participate in the following affiliate programs:
- GetYourGuide — for tours, tickets, and activities, shown in the booking boxes on our attraction, city and guide pages.
- Amazon Associates — for travel gear such as strollers, carriers and packing cubes, linked from our must-have gear page. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.
- Travelpayouts — an affiliate network through which we link to Tiqets (attraction tickets), Go City (sightseeing passes), Radical Storage (luggage storage), Airalo (eSIMs) and AutoEurope (car hire). These links appear on our attraction, city and country pages.
We plan to add partners for family hotels. When we do, they will be listed here. The principle stays the same: clear, honest, no surprises.
Our promise on honesty
Here’s the part that matters most to us. Our recommendations are independent of commission. We suggest places and products because we believe they’re genuinely good for families — not because one partner pays more than another. If we wouldn’t send our own family there, we won’t send yours. When something has a downside, we’ll tell you about it.
FTC disclosure
In line with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s guidelines (16 CFR, Part 255: “Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising”), we disclose that Junior Travel Club has a material connection to the brands, products, and services mentioned through the affiliate relationships described above, and that we may be compensated when you take an action — such as making a purchase or booking — through our links. Any product claims, statistics, or representations about products or services should be verified with the manufacturer or provider.
Questions?
If anything here is unclear, or you’d like to know whether a specific link is an affiliate link, we’re happy to tell you. Just reach out through our contact page.
Thanks for supporting Junior Travel Club — it genuinely helps us keep creating free guides for traveling families.
