Tropical Islands is built around a tropical landscape inside a hall, with an outdoor area called AMAZONIA and a separate sauna section alongside. Families with the youngest children can head for Kraki Beach, an area set aside for toddlers, and children from three can try the low ropes course on the Tropical Islands campsite grounds.
Getting there without a car works: trains stop at Brand Tropical Islands station, and a free shuttle bus runs from there straight to Tropical Islands.
The trade-off is commitment: tickets cannot be cancelled or rebooked once bought, so fix your date before you pay. The youngest children are the exception, as they go in free and should not have a ticket booked in advance.
