Singapore Oceanarium is a public aquarium at Resorts World Sentosa, and several parts of it are built for children to take part rather than just look. A suspended web lets you walk above the Spirit of Exploration zone and see the Jewel of Muscat from overhead, and an interactive habitat brings you close to the marine life found along Singapore’s own coastlines. There is also a guided, up-close encounter with Indo-Pacific bottlenose dolphins. Snacks and souvenir shops are on site. The trade-off is the journey without a car: it takes the MRT to HarbourFront, a walk through VivoCity and then the Sentosa Express monorail. By car, the drop-off point and car parks are shared with the rest of Resorts World Sentosa. During peak periods, entry is by timed ticket.
