Kennywood is an amusement park outside Pittsburgh, designated a National Historic Landmark and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The ride line-up runs from extreme thrill rides through water attractions to milder offerings for little ones.

In autumn the park runs Phantom Fall Fest, with haunts and scare zones; during that event the park’s own advice is to come early for family-friendly fun and rides before the haunts. The park also runs a seasonal Holiday Lights event.

A paid Speedy Pass add-on lets you make virtual ride reservations on your phone to cut waiting time; the price is not listed with the add-on. The one catch on arrival: the free car park is further from the front entrance, and the closer Preferred Parking is paid.
