MUNAL makes the practical side of an art museum with small children fairly easy. Children under 13 do not pay, strollers are allowed inside, and if you arrived without one you can borrow a stroller for free by showing an official photo ID. The catch is what a stroller may carry: nothing can hang on or sit in it, not a backpack and not a nappy bag. Larger bags are not allowed in the galleries either, so plan to hand things in at the free cloakroom and keep only what you can carry in your hands. Photos on a mobile phone are fine without flash; cameras need a paid permit.
