Xcaret mixes water and wildlife. Every admission includes tours through three underground rivers, the beach, the inlet and the natural pools, along with the Xcaret México Espectacular show. Away from the water there is a Coral Reef Aquarium, a Butterfly Pavilion and an aviary.
The trade-off comes with the night admission, which starts later in the day: the aquarium and the aviary close in the early evening, so on that ticket go to them first and leave the show for last.
The Xcaret Plus admission adds a buffet lunch with unlimited soft drinks and a Plus Area with its own dressing rooms, restrooms and lockers.
