Wild Adventures, founded in 1996, is an amusement park that mixes rides with animal exhibits, and admission covers both. The youngest riders get their own set of rides: kiddie rides such as Okefenokee Friends and Crunch’s Caboose have an upper height limit as well as a lower one, so older siblings are kept off. On many of the other gentle rides, from Turtle Twist to Swampwater Snake, a child under the posted height can still ride, but only with someone aged 14 or older alongside. The trade-off is what sits outside the ticket: food, games, merchandise, animal experiences and other premium activities may cost extra. If rain restricts rides and cuts your visit short, the park’s weather guarantee gives you a free return ticket for another operating day that season, collected at a ticket booth before you leave.
