Six Flags New England is an amusement park in Agawam. For younger children, the Looney Tunes characters are the thread through the day: they meet families for photos, autographs and high-fives, and lead the Block Party dance show at the Main Street Gazebo.
On select autumn dates the park runs two Halloween events side by side. Kids Boo Fest is the daytime one, with a cartoon show at the gazebo, while Fright Fest’s haunted mazes take over on select nights and are sold as a bundle with park admission.
The trade-off is the water park: Hurricane Harbor is not part of the standard park ticket but a separate add-on. Opening hours also change from date to date, so check the park calendar for your day before you plan around an evening.
