OUR FAMILY ASSESSMENT

Family Intelligence

The Prince’s Palace is the residence of Monaco’s Sovereign Family, and visitors are let into its State Apartments only during a seasonal opening, not all year. Plan the approach before the rooms: most visiting cars are not allowed into the Monaco-Ville old town, so the simplest route is the local bus to the end of the line and a short, signposted walk through the narrow streets to the palace. Children pay a reduced rate. The one catch is access: the State Apartments are reached only by stairs, so a family member who uses a wheelchair cannot join the tour of the rooms.
