A day here centres on the Aquadome. The youngest have their own Kids Area of 1,000 m², with fountains, a baby pool with a small slide and a warm-water pool, and a changing station with a bath right at its entrance so a nappy change doesn’t end the swim. Older children can race the family through the four parallel tubes of Power Racers or ride River Tube in pairs down to a big splash in the pool.
The armband everyone gets on arrival doubles as the locker key, so there is no key to keep track of in the water. Meals come from the Food Court, which serves Asian, Italian and American dishes.
The catch for day visitors: on some days, weekends among them, the Aquadome may be closed to guests who aren’t staying, and which days isn’t stated up front, so check the calendar for your date. Staying guests can add a Gold wristband for 219 DKK on 2-3 night stays or 269 DKK on stays of 4 nights or more. Seasonal events include Christmas at Lalandia, New Year’s Eve and Shrovetide.
