Heide Park is a theme park in Soltau. A day ticket lets you ride every attraction and see every show as often as you like, although in exceptional cases some attractions can be closed for maintenance. There are restaurants inside the park, and an Express Ticket can be added for express entrances at selected attractions.
For families with small children, two things matter before you book. Children under 90 cm get in free, but only if you select a zero-euro ticket for them in the online shop. And parents of children up to age three can collect a free Baby-Switch-Pass at the Service Center to take turns on the roller coasters without queuing again, though it is only issued on days when the Express Ticket can be booked.
The one thing to weigh up is the date. Tickets are not refunded for rain and cannot be moved to another day, so a dated ticket fixes your day in advance. The undated ticket, valid for the whole 2026 season, costs more online than the cheapest dated ones but leaves the day open.
Visitors with a German severe-disability ID (Schwerbehindertenausweis) pay a reduced price, and permanent wheelchair users with that ID get in free. During Heide Park Halloween in October 2026, the horror attractions are for ages 16 and up and need a separate, timed ticket with limited places.
