OUR FAMILY ASSESSMENT

Family Intelligence

Cité de l’espace was founded in 1997 and is classed as both an astronautical museum and a theme park. It has held the Tourisme & Handicap label since 2003 for hearing, mental, motor and visual impairments, and a companion gets in free if the visitor’s disability card states that one is needed. Keep an eye on the clock at the end of the day: the ticket desks close an hour before the site does. The two-day ticket buys more time, but the two days have to be consecutive.

Why kids will love it

Older teenagers can explore Cité de l’espace without an adult as long as they carry authorisation from one of their parents, while younger children stay with an adult for the whole visit.
