There is no slot to plan around at Blarney Castle: entry isn’t timed, so you can arrive whenever suits you during opening hours, which change month by month. The castle is open all year apart from two days at Christmas. Pay by Visa or Mastercard, and bear in mind that tickets bought in advance can’t be refunded, only moved to another date. Dogs are not allowed in the castle or gardens, except guide and assistance dogs. The limitation is access: the castle itself is not wheelchair accessible, and only a portion of the grounds and gardens is.
