Pairi Daiza is a zoo and botanical garden founded in 1969 and open to the public since 1994. A free printed map is handed out at ticket control, one per family.
The standard ticket does not cover everything. Edenya, a covered tropical garden, needs an additional ticket, subject to availability, and its number of tickets is deliberately limited. When you buy your main ticket, online or at the Pairi Daiza ticket office, you are asked to reserve a time slot for entering Edenya, so that part of the day runs to a fixed time.
Pushchairs do not go everywhere: at the amphitheatre shows they must be parked to the side, and at Nautilus they have to be left at the entrance.
