Phantasialand is an amusement park near Cologne, and a visit starts with choosing the date. Tickets can only be bought online; on the day itself you can still buy one in the online shop until 2 p.m. at that day’s price, provided the day hasn’t sold out. That is the trade-off here: you commit to a day in advance, and prices may increase at any time.
Children aged 0 to 3 get free admission without a pre-booked ticket, as long as you bring an official ID or birth certificate (a copy is enough). Infants, children aged 4 to 11 and guests aged 60 and over all need proof of age on the day; without it, the day price for children aged 4 to 11 applies.
Standard pushchairs, including combi pushchairs, travel buggies and models with carrycots, are allowed as long as a child is using them and they stay within the park’s maximum dimensions; pushchairs used only for luggage are not.
Waiting times are shown on info screens in the park and in the free Phantasialand app, and they are estimates that can differ from the actual wait. During the Wintertraum period from 14 November 2026 to 24 January 2027, River Quest, Wakobato and Wözl’s Wassertreter are closed.
