Knoebels Amusement Resort doesn’t charge for entry to its amusement park. Instead you pay per ride, either with Ticket Books, which are sold every day, or with a Ride All Day Pass, which is sold only on weekdays during the summer and doesn’t cover Haunted Mansion, the Attractions or Crystal Pool. That split is the thing to plan around: on a weekend, or outside summer, every ride is paid for one at a time.
Parking is free as well, in the general lot off Knoebels Parkway near the main entrance, where all visitors park; the lot opens two hours before the park and there is no overnight parking. The Rental Center hires out strollers, wheelchairs and electric convenience vehicles for a daily fee, with a driver’s licence held as a security deposit.
For children who need a break from the noise, a Low Sensory Room sits in the former Lost Logger spot near the kiddie area; it is locked with a key code that changes weekly and is available from Guest Services, and park sounds such as the carousel band organ and the train whistle can still be heard inside. Family Restrooms are there for guests who need help from someone in their party.
During Joy Through the Grove, a drive-through event, the rides, food stands and shops are closed.
